We went to this tavern today, highly recommended by our hotelier. What can I say, expectations exceeded! Excellent tortelloni, top Bolognese cutlet! The very kind owner gave us a taste of mortadella, a typical local dessert and a good glass of Amaro Montenegro! Thanks a lot, keep it up!

Excellent restaurant where you can taste homemade Bolognese recipes. Divinely prepared dishes, just the right flavor, with great satisfaction, both first and second courses. Very nice and well-kept environment: antique and atmospheric, with lots of wood and vintage details. Cleanliness ok, bathrooms ok. Very courteous, helpful and very professional staff. Average prices of similar places in the center of Bologna. I highly recommend the visit, the cuisine and the location deserve it.

Very nice and very cozy tavern. We got tagliatelle with meat sauce and tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and both were very good! Maybe I would have liked a bigger portion but that's okay too 😅 too bad the absence of some local bitters or liqueurs, would have given a pinch of extra particularity to the place. As for the price I must say that it is a bit expensive for what it offers, especially in the "covered" item

Very nice place, even though we sat outside I got to see the whole thing and loved it. The furniture is well cared for, not excessively but I found this particular very suitable for the place. The building seems quite old and there are very suggestive stone objects and a fountain (downstairs). The staff is very kind, starting from the owner (I think) to the waiter and the cook. The food is also very good. We were offered an entre and also cherries at the end of the dinner. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back, thanks Roberto!

If you are looking for traditional cuisine in Bologna this is the right place! The price / quality ratio is excellent. You eat well, the portions are right and the quality is very high. The service is friendly and respectful. The owner and waiters are always present and available to everyone. I really felt comfortable, I will definitely be back.

Great food and attentive service with very competitive prices.

The staff was extremely polite and was able to advise on the food to our great content. The food was tasty and cooked to the point. We had braseola salad, balanzoni and pork chop, all a real treat. We asked for advice on the wine and got a really good and on a really good price. On the whole, it was a wonderful experience and we do recommend this restaurant.

Nice little restaurant, off the beaten tracks in bologna. I travel to Bologna a lot and by recommandation I had the chance to dine in this petite restaurant. Friendly, cosy and good food. A bit fast in serving but okay. Wine is great and prices are typical italian style - so cheap. Menu is small, but some unique dishes on it. Beiing alone prepare to look around and enjoy the athmosphaere as no connection (CEL and wifi) is in the backroom - but that is wahr you are here for! To be part of italian culture. Deserts are amazing! Thanks a lot, will keep in my memories. This has not been my last visit. Heads up, chest up. The city of the three T.

Highly recommended! Bologna certainly isn’t short on great restaurants so I wouldn’t say that you must come here but you won’t be disappointed if you do. Reservations are recommended as it can get a bit busy on certain evenings. I had the classic tagliatelle al ragu and it was great.

Very good food quality. I recommend the tagliatelle with meat sauce. Exceptional. Even the green lasagna is very good. The sweet "tiramisu" disappointed me a little but it is true that it is not a typical Emilian dessert. The very helpful, friendly and highly qualified staff. For those passing through Bologna I highly recommend it.

This place is beautiful! We weren't hungry, yet we couldn't stop eating! The cotoletto was just amazing. And when we thought it couldn't be topped, the tiramisu arrived. Divine is the closest I can describe it as. The host's just made it extra special. A place that just shouldn't be missed while in Bologna.
